Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

A: Within Germany you should receive your package within 2-4 working days and in the EU shipping takes 3-10 working days.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship our parts throughout the EU .

Q: Can I change my shipping address at short notice?

A: Please email us as soon as possible at info@coudeya.com with the new address. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the address.

Q: How can I pay?

A: You can pay with us via advance payment (bank transfer), credit card, Klarna, SOFORT transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. For more information, see our payment information page .

Q: Can I order as a guest?

A: Of course, you simply enter your name , address and email address in the checkout process. You don't need a customer account for this.

Q: How do returns work?

A: If you don't like or fit an item, you can return it within 30 days without giving any reason . Please make sure that the product has not yet been worn and that all labels and hangtags are on it. Q: When will I receive the refund?

A: As soon as we receive your return, we will refund you the entire amount. This can take up to a maximum of 14 days , but is usually much quicker .

Q: The product is not as described on the website. What can I do?

A: Generally we offer a 6 month warranty on our products. If an item has defects or you think it does not look as described, email us at info@coudeya.com. We attach great importance to the quality of our products and will refund you the full purchase price if anything is wrong.

A: Yes, but please always iron from the inside out and not over printed motifs .
